"I am Mom Unplugged, a mother of three children, ages 2, 6, and 8 (and way too many pets). We have no TV, no video games, and no loud toys. Please join me as I attempt to make sense of this crazy life we lead. I promise to dispense plenty of unasked-for advice along the way, as I swim upstream in our increasingly technological world, struggling not to drown!"

What a great shot!

You know I don’t ever turn the TV on during the day at all. The day that the VA Tech shooting happened was the first day I’d turned it on here by myself other than a few early morning yoga classes.

I watch American Idol and very few other shows during the week. (Like yesterday my TV time was O.)I bet my TV exposure is way way way below the nations. If we had kids I’d use your advice! It is nice to have more time together as a family I would think.
